I've had that sensation too in? the last few months. I could feel the bed physically shaking, with the sensations in my body, even though I knew my bed was not actually moving. It happened a couple of weeks before the Japan tsunami, but after the tsunami, it hasn't happened again. I think it is Mother Earth giving a sign, or something like that.

dero, i want to tell you something funny. when i play drums, especially on new material, i have always let my higher self write the rhythm. meaning: i completely let go. meaning: i don't think, i just do. this has always been an AMAZING ability of mine. i know that when i succeed in taking better care of my vessel, and becoming more in tune with my light and the others around me, that i will be able to ascend. i am not afraid. i am ready. my 3d vessel? needs more love. thanks for the insight!

....A cardio and muscle work out is helpful but that in it self does not equate to a fit body....the body has many systems that need to function properly in order to call? it a fit body....then we need to take into account what goes into the body to nourish it...will it hurt the body or help it??....But as for the Masters, martial arts seems a common trait, i cant speak for them...Never known a mater myself...
